An exciting opportunity has arisen within Rapiergroup to join our events team working as a Project Executive. Responsibilities include Show Management and this role would therefore suit an individual  who has some exhibit experience at junior level and is now ready to move onto the next challenge. We are also open to new applicants who perhaps have had some work experience or have completed an internship in either the exhibitions or events arena.

As a Project Executive working in Show Management, you will support the Event Director on the many aspects – from creating the Exhibitor Manual, assisting with exhibitor stand space allocations, exhibitor/contractor/venue liaison, main contact for the exhibition support mailbox and hotline support, helping to manage the onsite access procedures for the exhibition hall as well as site inspections, budget support, project co-ordination, stand orders, graphics production and onsite management.

Outside of the Show Management role, you will also support other Project Managers in the pre-event and on site delivery of other event and exhibit projects throughout the year.

The candidate should have a good attention to detail and enjoy working with a wide range of people from clients to contractors.
