An opportunity has arisen at Rapiergroup, to join an established Company of c.60 staff delivering business-to-business events and exhibitions.
This role would suit an experienced, CIPD trained HR professional, who is now looking to work part time hours. The responsibilities of the role would include management and coordination of job descriptions, employment contracts, company benefits, performance management process, disciplinary and grievance procedures, recruitment strategy, new starter inductions and support with internal training and development.
Up to the minute qualifications and knowledge of current employment law will be essential.
Working hours and days would be flexible based on the equivalent of 2 – 3 days per week. School hours could be accommodated but flexibility would be required.
This role could be based in either our Ware or Towcester office.
Salary, according to experience.
