U.K FIRST
In a UK first, Renault made its Kangoo 'be bop' Z.E. prototype electric vehicle available for test drives to major corporates and government bodies. The Renault Kangoo 'be bop' Z.E. is an all-electric zero emission (in road use) vehicle. It generates no emissions of CO2, smoke or particulates.
 
Rapiergroup, in partnership with Renault UK & Renault SA, was invited to host the UK road show as part of a wider European tour.  Rapiergroup worked closely with Renault to create a unique customer journey and provided a complete event management service as well as design and production expertise.

THE EVENT
After searching over 2,500 possible venues in and around London, the private estate of Luton Hoo was chosen due to its 1000 acres of parkland and over 5 miles of private roads. On arrival, customers were first impressed by the grand setting of the estate and subsequently by the distinctive impression made by the Renault event space created by Rapiergroup within the grounds.  After a chance to mingle and admire the surrounding countryside, guests were invited to attend an informative briefing about the car and its future global potential.  This was followed by individual test drives of the vehicle and a relaxed, informal lunch.  Rapiergroup utilised expert venue search, delegate and event management skills in producing this highly successful event.
