Rapiergroup has acquired the Joan Carol Design & Exhibit Group, with its Nimlok systems dealership business.
The move represents Rapiergroup’s continuing response and drive to expand its service offering, its client base and industry sector spread.
Joan Carol Design provides a relative low-entry point into two key markets. Firstly, Joan Carol enjoys a healthy stream of US federal government business with its GSA status, a crucial attribute for government business access. The merger offers Rapiergroup the added benefit of being able to compete directly for US federal government business worldwide.
Secondly, as a Nimlok dealer, Joan Carol Design gives Rapiergroup a stronger system solution entry point in the market place, which can benefit all our US domestic and international clients.
This merger will provide customers with deeper resources in design, project management and storage / logistics of their exhibits. It also offers international exhibit expertise with Rapiergroup’s exhibit and event facilities in the UK serving Europe, Middle East and Asia-Pacific.
