When Merck Sharp & Dohme attended the 42nd European Association for the study of Diabetes (EASD), in Copenhagen, Rapiermedical were the natural choice to provide our full event management services.

The seven day programme was created to become an integral part of the EASD meeting. Every step of the visitor journey was managed including flights, transfers, accommodation, off site dinners and congress attendance.

It is our attention to detail from graphic design to full delegate management that ensured the 2 groups comprising of over 50 key individuals from the diabetes therapy area, enjoyed a seamless and successful event.
