
Opus’ relationship with Lexus produced an educational 2-day programme to support knowledge acquisition around Lexus Hybrid Drive (LHD) technology and to formally launch the flagship LS 600h to all European dealer sales staff.
The Hotel Arts in Barcelona, Rocco Forte's Villa Kennedy in Frankfurt and the Grand Hotel Palazzo Della Fonte in Rome hosted 16 back to back events providing premium environments in which to conduct high level brand experience, sales and technical training.
Energetic sessions on both days allowed guests to experience the LHD technology as well as getting hands-on with LS 600h on an exclusive pro-driver test drive. Involving and interactive workshop sessions also allowed guests to practice techniques learned from the customer and competitor focussed sessions. Action planning sessions closed both days training where guests were able to plan their commitment to LHD.
Opus’ management of the project included concept and content creation, full technical production and management of the complete delegate experience for over 900 pan-European guests. Training was delivered in 7 languages to provide local market relevance.
