Sometimes a brief is given that’s a little bit different. Embraer wanted Rapiergroup to deliver the ‘must attend’ VIP dinners for 170 guests in London and Paris during the Farnborough and Paris Airshows.

So we made the most of the surroundings and chose historical locations that VIP guests would like to visit if they had the time. First class catering with themed dishes, carefully chosen complimentary wines and music were provided to both excite the palate of the guests and promote the Embraer character.

All guests were assisted to and from their hotels on the night, given a gift and left with memories of their wonderful surroundings, their generous host and a magical night.
