The planning for BAE Systems Annual General Meeting starts months in advance. Being a high security event due to the defence aspects of the company's business, Rapiergroup handled the sensitive nature of VIP guests being integrated into a logistics event.

The event saw a formal agenda and a strict stage arrangement coupled with a highly comprehensive Q&A session which called for excellent technical control when the floor was opened up to the 700 attending shareholders.

Rapiergroup designed and built the set and provided the technical support, specialist signage and project managed the event production.
